OUR HISTORY:
Cascade Family Medicine, P.S. was founded in 1988 by Lawrence E. Foltz, D.O. and his wife, Erma who is also a registered nurse. Dr. Foltz was excited to return to the Northwest after his medical training, having been born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He was one of the first Osteopathic Physicians privileged to practice medicine in Vancouver, WA. He and Erma decided to open a private practice so that he could have the ability to practice medicine how he wanted to – caring for patients in a personalized manner.
In 2008, Sherilyn Foltz-Cook, D.O., his youngest daughter, finished her medical training as an Osteopathic Physician, and joined Cascade Family Medicine P.S. He is proud to have her working with him to serve the community. Together, their goal is to promote healthy choices, provide education on individual health, and to create a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere for patients of all ages!
